Due to COVID-19 we are only allowing 50 people in the Pavilion (outdoors) at one time to shop. Face Coverings are required for everyone. If the line to get into the Pavilion looks really long, please just come back in an hour or so. There cannot be more than a line of 200 people because we want everyone to feel and be safe! Thank you for understanding. This is why we are doing the sale over a two day period. This will also allow for a nicer shopping experience!
Dates: 2-Day Sale, Friday and Saturday, October 8-9th.
Volunteers and sponsors sale, Friday, October 8th 10 a.m.-1 p.m.
Public Sale: Friday, October 8th 1:30 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Public Sale: Saturday, October 9th 8:00 am - 4:00 pm
Online Registered gear only CHECK-IN-Thursday, Oct. 7th
REGISTER YOUR ITEMS HERE
No Exceptions. We will not allow people to consign or check in there gear at the Pavilion
if they haven't pre-filled out their sheets online.
Deadline for Online Check-In is October 4th at 11 p.m.
