- Seasonal Weekend Alpine coaches for Mini World Cup Program
- Must be expert skiers. Wage and season pass benefit. Coaches education and on-snow clinic November/December. Possible Winter or Spring Break Camp help. Programs run from December through March.
- Seasonal Weekend Freeride Ski and Snowboard coaches for Development and Competition Programs
- Must be expert freeride ski or snowboarders. Wage and season pass benefit. Possible Winter or Spring Break Camp help. Programs run from December through March.
- Seasonal Race Crew positions available for race course set-up
- Must be reliable expert skiers or snowboarders able to commit to entire race season schedule (midweek and weekend). Physically demanding work, requiring a lot of course slipping and carrying loads of equipment (approx. 50 lbs.) while skiing or boarding and riding the lift in all weather conditions. Season pass benefit.
- Seasonal Mountain Bike Coaches available for spring, summer and/or fall sessions
- Must be proficient on trail riding, and love to work and cycle with kids age 8-18.
- Devo Mtn Bike Coach Description
- Seasonal Nordic Coaching positions for the Stevenson Youth Program available for Winter session
- Must be proficient teaching both classic and skate technique, and love to work and play games with kids age 7-11. Contact: syp@mbsef.org
All MBSEF Staff and Coaches are required to hold an annually renewable license with US Ski and Snowboard and as part of that must complete mandatory Safesport Training and a Background Check. Coaches must be licensed prior to their first day of work. Requirements differ by position and program, please reach out to our office if you have questions.
